The room offered good space, with comfortable armchairs and beds provided! i noticed the windows open, allowing fresh air. i appreciated the heating radiators. They worked very well. costume jewelry was displayed in hall showcases.
i observed that the evening meal was only available between 6pm and 6:30pm, which i found rather inflexible.

The staff provided assistance, showing willingness to help guests. They were prepared! i appreciate their dedication. the check-in process was smooth. It ensured i received my room key promptly.

The hotel sits conveniently on the edge of the loch. It provides guests with beautiful scenery. the location is close enough to explore nearby attractions. It's easily accessible. plenty of parking spaces were available .

the reception staff were amazing. they provided a complimentary bottle of bubbles after my climb.
the room didn't quite meet my expectations considering the price. it only had two power outlets, a problem for tourists needing to charge multiple devices. also, the radiator didn't work so the room felt chilly the whole time.

An Acceptable Stay

The staff members were nice. The room was warm and clean. Access to different areas was easy.
The hotel had no power supply by the bed, made plugging in my husband's sleep machine impossible. The shower tray was higher than the floor and not non slip, which led to an injury when exiting the shower. Guests on a bus tour woke us before 7am as they left with their wheelie cases below our window.
